Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Pinellas County, Florida. Day to day you will fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors. What we are looking for: • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits.
