Immediate opening: single needle operator (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a single needle operator in Hale County, Texas. You will work in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Day to day you will sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. You should have: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
