Oven operator — Kingsbury County

Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Kingsbury County, South Dakota. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Day to day you will knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity.
