Foundry operative wanted in Ibi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a foundry operative in Ibi, Taraba State. You will be based in a non-ferrous casting shop. The role involves check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand. What we are looking for: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
