Concrete labourer wanted in Tyler County

Now hiring: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Tyler County, Texas. The job is on a building construction site. On a typical shift you will carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers Rotating shifts.
