Vacancy available: maintenance painter (Michigan)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Schoolcraft County, Michigan. Day to day you will measure up and work out paint and material quantities; spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
