Bread baker — Baca County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Baca County, Colorado. You will be based at a cake shop. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
