Heavy equipment operator — Cobb County

Join our team: we are hiring a heavy equipment operator in Cobb County, Georgia. On the job you will handle: • Load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Ideal candidate: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
