Vacancy available: we are hiring a short order cook in Dala, Kano State. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
