Bricklayer wanted in Akwanga

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bricklayer in Akwanga, Nasarawa State. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks On a typical shift you will building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters; buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge; cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
