Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Delta County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Proven experience operating crawler dozers (D6 to D8 class) On a typical shift you will maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; refuel the machine and record running hours. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
