Powder coating sprayer — Sioux County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Sioux County, Iowa. The job is at a powder coating unit. What we are looking for: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process On a typical shift you will top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
