Shuttering carpenter — Garrett County

Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Garrett County, Maryland. Ideal candidate: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent The role involves finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
