Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Wayne County, Missouri. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Score the top of loaves before baking • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
