Join our team: we are hiring a punch press operator in Russell County, Alabama. You will work in a forging and pressing unit. The role involves: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean What we are looking for: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
