We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Delaware County, Oklahoma. The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Overtime paid at a premium rate.
