Shuttering carpenter — Halifax County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Halifax County, Virginia. You will work in a cabinet-making workshop. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers The role involves: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles Pay around $4,200 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
