Pot washer — De Baca County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in De Baca County, New Mexico. The job is in a hotel kitchen. You will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. You should have: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Six days a week, one day off.
