Machine operator — Pike County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a machine operator in Pike County, Mississippi. The job is in a CNC machine shop. Your main tasks: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
