Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Brantley County, Georgia. Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight 5+ years on the tools preferred.
