Join our team: we are hiring a pastry baker in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin. On a typical shift you will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
