Semi-automatic welder wanted in Montgomery County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Montgomery County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs You should have: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
