Requirements: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat The role involves check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
