What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage Your main tasks: • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour Rotating shifts.
