You should have: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain You will stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel.
