Joiner wanted in Vernon Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a joiner in Vernon Parish, Louisiana. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Day-to-day duties: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet • Fix studwork and plasterboard partitions • Glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together You should have: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work 4+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
