Refrigeration technician wanted in Cherokee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Cherokee County, Iowa. You will be based at a supermarket cold-chain site. Day to day you will trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter; recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
