You should have: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing On a typical shift you will bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift.
