Backhoe operator — Morgan County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Morgan County, West Virginia. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat The role involves: • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
