Insulation installer • Kent County, Delaware

We are recruiting: we are hiring an insulation installer in Kent County, Delaware. You will be based at an industrial plant. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing The role involves measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
