Pastry baker — Keith County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a pastry baker in Keith County, Nebraska. The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics 5+ years on the tools preferred. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
