Marble worker — Aransas County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a marble worker in Aransas County, Texas. The job is on a hotel and villa renovation project. Day-to-day duties: • Lift and handle heavy slabs safely using suction lifters and trolleys • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar Requirements: • Own hand tools an advantage • Physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy slabs Overtime paid at a premium rate.
