Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Lawrence County, Arkansas. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
