Horizontal milling machine operator • Wheeler County, Nebraska

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Wheeler County, Nebraska. You will work in a toolroom. The role involves apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. What we are looking for: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges 6+ years on the tools preferred.
