Stitching operator wanted in Anchorage Municipality

Now hiring: we are hiring a stitching operator in Anchorage Municipality, Alaska. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. On the job you will handle: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line What we are looking for: • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
