Now hiring: we are hiring a short order cook in Alpena County, Michigan. The role involves: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
