Electrostatic spray painter wanted in Otter Tail County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Otter Tail County, Minnesota. On a typical shift you will set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
