Baker — Hardin County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Hardin County, Kentucky. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Pay around $4,600 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
