Day to day you will spot-clean walls, skirting, doors and high-touch points; deep-clean rooms on checkout and prep them for the next guest; follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination; report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering; sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns; clean public areas — lobbies, corridors, lifts and washrooms.
