Scullery hand wanted in Lincoln County

Now hiring: we are hiring a scullery hand in Lincoln County, Minnesota. You will work in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. We offer $16 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours.
