Vacancy available: we are hiring a dough maker in Oshimili North, Delta State. The role involves: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Full-time with occasional weekends.
