Baker — Hancock County

Now hiring: we are hiring a baker in Hancock County, Illinois. The role involves keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
