Restoration bricklayer wanted in Kane County

Now hiring: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Kane County, Illinois. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. Day-to-day duties: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge Requirements: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
