Immediate opening: plant operator (dozer) (Texas)

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Waller County, Texas. You will work at a land-clearing site. Day-to-day duties: • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank • Operate crawler dozers to push and spread fill across the site • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse You should have: • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $4,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
