Now hiring: punch press operator (Kentucky)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a punch press operator in Perry County, Kentucky. Day to day you will carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; record output and downtime on the production sheet. What we are looking for: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
