Immediate opening: we are hiring a head baker in Grenada County, Mississippi. You will work in a bread factory. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided.
