Now hiring: we are hiring a formwork carpenter in Mariposa County, California. You will be based on a commercial fit-out site. Requirements: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage On the job you will handle: • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours • Cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet Part-time with flexible hours.
