Fine-dining server wanted in Highland

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Highland, Scotland. Day to day you will check back during the meal and handle special requests; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. You should have: • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
