Smash repairer — Philadelphia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a smash repairer in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania. You will work in a smash repair workshop. The role involves: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder Requirements: • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) 4+ years on the tools preferred.
