Foundry labourer • Shanga, Kebbi State

Great opportunity: we are hiring a foundry labourer in Shanga, Kebbi State. You will work on the moulding line. Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Knowledge of green-sand and resin-bonded moulding • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry The role involves: • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Fettle and grind castings to remove flash and rough edges • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦230,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
